Coral Colors is a puzzle game. You can play anonymously. We collect the minimum needed to run the game, sync your progress and "Pearls", show rewarded ads, and process optional purchases. We do not collect contacts, precise location, phone number, or message content, and we do not sell personal data.
(a) Anonymous account — a random device identifier in secure storage, exchanged for an anonymous server account for your Pearl wallet and progress. (b) Optional Apple/Google sign-in — your email and name (Apple may supply a private relay email), used solely to sync your account across devices. (c) Game data — levels, stars, Pearl balance, and a top-up/ad-reward ledger (transaction/product IDs). (d) Ads (Google AdMob) — rewarded ads only, which you choose to watch; Google and partners may process device and advertising identifiers (e.g. the iOS IDFA), app usage and diagnostics to serve and measure ads, subject to your consent (§4). Google acts as an independent controller: policies.google.com/technologies/ads and policies.google.com/privacy. (e) Purchases — processed by the App Store/Google Play; we receive no card details, only the transaction and product IDs to credit Pearls. (f) Diagnostics — we do not run a separate crash-reporting SDK; Google's ad SDK (see (d)) collects crash, performance, and other diagnostic data to provide and measure ads, and our servers keep limited operational logs (e.g. error and request logs) for security and reliability. We do not collect contacts, precise location, phone numbers, health data, or messaging content.
To run and sync the game and Pearl economy; to provide and measure rewarded ads; to validate purchases; to prevent fraud/abuse and maintain security; and to diagnose and improve the app.
Coral Colors shows rewarded video ads via Google AdMob; we do not show banner or forced interstitial ads. iOS App Tracking Transparency: before any cross-app tracking we show Apple's ATT prompt. If you allow tracking, your device advertising identifier (IDFA) may be used to personalize and measure ads; if you decline, ads are non-personalized and the IDFA is not used to track you. EEA/UK/Switzerland: we present Google's certified consent form before personalized ads or identifiers are used. Measurement: Apple's SKAdNetwork provides privacy-preserving, aggregate ad attribution. Your controls: change tracking under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking; reset or limit your advertising ID under iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Apple Advertising; manage Google's use of ad data at adssettings.google.com; and withdraw ad consent anytime from the game's Settings.
Only with: Google (AdMob; Apple/Google sign-in); Apple and Google (purchase processing); and our hosting/cloud providers acting on our behalf. No sale of personal data; no cross-context behavioral advertising beyond the ad consent above.
We keep account and game data while your account exists. You can delete your account and its game data in the app at Settings → Delete account, or by emailing privacy@esek.io. Deletion removes your game account, Pearl wallet, and progress; limited records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention purposes.
Coral Colors is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (nor under 16 in the EEA). We do not knowingly collect personal data from children below those ages. If you believe a child has provided us personal data, contact privacy@esek.io and we will delete it. Parents/guardians with questions may also contact us.
Subject to applicable law (EEA/UK GDPR, California CCPA/CPRA, Israel's Privacy Protection Law), you may access, correct, delete, port, or object to/restrict processing, and withdraw consent. EEA/UK legal bases: contract (running the game), consent (personalized ads), legitimate interests (security/anti-fraud). Contact privacy@esek.io; you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.
Data may be processed outside your country, including by the providers in §5, with appropriate safeguards where required.
Technical and organizational measures protect data; no method is perfectly secure.
We may update this policy; we will revise the effective date and give notice of material changes.
